Manual: The Integrity Policy Plan
In an integrity policy plan an organisation lays down its (often long-term) ambition, vision and objective for the integrity policy to be conducted, as well as the policy measures, instruments and procedures by means of which this can be realised. A sound integrity plan describes specific activities and results and mentions the roles and tasks of the various actors within the organisation who have a functional responsibility for the integrity policy. An integrity plan also provides for clear planning and monitoring, it provides coherence in the policy, and the resources (such as time and budget) that are deployed for the performance of the integrity plan are listed.
This manual concerns can be helpful in drawing up an integrity policy plan. It contains background information, guidelines for an integrity policy plan and recommendations for increasing the chances of successful implementation.
