Dilemma 2: The Trip to Berlin
Suppose, you are a council member and part of the ‘urban renovation committee’. At a certain moment, your entire committee is invited by an architect's firm on a two-day study trip to Berlin. The trips' expenses will, in accordance with the guidelines of the code of conduct be covered by the designated budget for official trips. However, the expenses are advanced by the architect's firm. And when, weeks later, the invoice comes, it seems to be much too low. What do you do? This video shows your dilemma, and the different thoughts people can have about this moral problem.
